Ms. Christina Brugiolo, Chief of Field Office, UNICEF Sindh called on Mr Mustafa Jamal Kazi, Program Coordinator Nutrition, AAP Secretariat, Planning and Development Department, Government of Sindh. Agenda of the meeting was to review progress against the annual work plan signed between both entities. The discussion focused on short and long term strategies for addressing the challenge of stunting and malnutrition among children in Sindh. Development of AAP -02 also came under discussion. Given the resources constraints, it was observed that the new plan would prioritize high impact interventions. Furthermore, it was agreed that District Coordination Committees for Nutrition(DCCN) would be established for effective and efficient implementation of AAP Sectors activities.
